UOKiK chief: banks are lobbying to curb law firms fighting for free credit sanctions
UOKiK president Tomasz Chróstny has accused banks of lobbying to change the rules around the free credit sanction and of trying to limit the power of compensation law firms. Speaking to money.pl, he said the banking sector treats such firms as an existential threat and is pushing for legislation favouring lenders over consumers.
