Flood aid fraud: regional agency boss's wife and father-in-law sought 200k złoty for undamaged property

The wife and father-in-law of Hubert Papaj, head of the Karkonoska Agency for Regional Development, applied for over 200,000 złoty in flood relief, TVN24 has revealed. The property listed in their claim was never flooded and was not even in their possession at the time of the disaster.
