Farmer ploughed up a city road in Gliwice — records show it has been municipal property for 25 years

A road ploughed up by a farmer in Gliwice has been municipal property for 25 years, according to land registry records released by the city's roads authority. The ownership agreement was originally signed at the man's own request. Despite this, the 60-year-old told prosecutors the plot belonged to him and may face charges for destruction of property.
