Romanowski writes from unrecognised state capital, offers conditional return to Poland

Marcin Romanowski is unofficially reported to be staying in the capital of an unrecognised state, from where he allegedly sent a letter to Poland. In the letter, he reportedly stated he would face Polish justice only if allowed to remain free during proceedings. His whereabouts have not been officially confirmed.
