Tusk: Poland will be a naval power — frigate ORP Wicher christened

Prime Minister Donald Tusk declared that Poland will become a naval power during the naming and christening ceremony of the new Navy frigate ORP Wicher. He said any potential aggressor would think twice before taking hostile action against a country with such capabilities. Tusk also praised the Polish shipbuilding industry as a source of national pride.
