Polish deputy minister: mass public alert system cannot be built quickly after Russian missile airspace breach

Following an incident in which a Russian missile entered Polish airspace, the government pledged to reform the national alert system. Deputy Interior Minister Czesław Mroczek said on Wirtualna Polska's "Tłit" programme that a mass public warning system involving so many people simply "cannot" be implemented in a short timeframe. He effectively acknowledged that the overhaul will take considerable time.
