GUS: Number of Polish emigrants abroad drops to 1.51 million

According to new GUS (Polish Central Statistical Office) data, 1.51 million Polish citizens were temporarily living abroad at the end of 2025 — nearly 21,000 fewer than in 2024. This marks another consecutive year of declining emigration figures. The data covers those staying outside Poland for 12 months or longer.
