Poland launches frigate ORP Wicher — Tusk: we are becoming a Baltic power

Prime Minister Donald Tusk attended the christening and launch of the frigate ORP Wicher, praising Poland's shipbuilding industry. The vessel is the first of three Miecznik-class frigates destined for the Polish Navy. Tusk declared that Poland is becoming a naval power on the Baltic Sea.
