Tesla recalls 20,000 cars over overly bright headlights in Model 3 and Y

Tesla is recalling more than 20,000 vehicles due to excessively bright headlights that may pose a safety hazard. The recall covers select Model 3 units from 2017– and Model Y units from 2020–.
