Prof. Matczak: arresting farmer who ploughed asphalt road was wrong

A court has remanded in custody for three months a farmer who ploughed up the asphalt on Rybacka Street in Ostropa. Prof. Marcin Matczak of the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Law told TVN24 the decision was wrong and that no legal grounds for pre-trial detention existed. The prosecution had applied for the arrest, but Matczak called it an improper use of the measure.
