Matczak: nominating Berek for Constitutional Tribunal would mock protesters

Prof. Marcin Matczak said on TVN24 that nominating former minister Maciej Berek as a Constitutional Tribunal judge would mock the thousands of people who took to the streets to defend the rule of law. He argued it would signal that the prime minister is not listening to citizens. Matczak described such a move as politically very damaging.
