Zelensky warns Russia plans post-election mobilisation, Kyiv submits peace proposals to US

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned that the Kremlin is preparing a new mobilisation drive timed for shortly after Russia's September parliamentary elections. He also announced that Kyiv has submitted its peace-talks proposals to the United States.
