Klimkówka reservoir at 20% capacity — kayak rental owner does business on dry lakebed

The Klimkówka reservoir near Gorlice in the Małopolska region is only 20% full and has dried up completely in some spots. Zbyszek, who has run a water sports rental at the site for 24 years, says there are about a tenth of the visitors there used to be. Wody Polskie has announced changes to how the reservoir is managed.
