Labour inspectors find violations in 96% of temp agencies checked in Poland

Over 700,000 people in Poland work through temporary employment agencies, with 71% of companies declaring they use this form of cooperation. In 2025, State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) inspectors found violations in 95.8% of the temp agencies they checked. The irregularities involve pay, contracts, working hours and recruitment practices.
