North Korea fires ballistic missile ahead of US-South Korea military drills

North Korea launched a suspected ballistic missile toward Japan, which landed just outside Japan's exclusive economic zone, according to Tokyo. The launch came ahead of planned joint military drills between the United States and South Korea.
