Kia Niro drops EV and plug-in hybrid — only classic hybrid remains

Following a facelift, the Kia Niro will be available only as a standard hybrid, with the fully electric and plug-in hybrid versions dropped from the lineup. The electric Niro's role has been taken over by models from Kia's new EV family. This marks a significant shift for the compact crossover, which previously offered three powertrain options.
