Overloaded elevator plunges from 4th floor in Russia's Makhachkala

An overloaded elevator carrying nine men broke loose and plunged from the fourth floor of a residential building in Makhachkala, the capital of Russia's Dagestan region. The moment of the fall was captured by a camera inside the cabin. Four people were hospitalised with serious fractures.
