Poland plans fines for ignoring speed-camera tickets and a new violations registry

Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure has drafted an amendment to road traffic law that would impose extra penalties on drivers who ignore official correspondence about speed-camera fines. The bill also envisages creating a Central Violations Registry. The draft was sent for public consultation on Friday.
