Russian strikes kill ten in Ukraine as Zelensky accuses North Korea missile use

Russian strikes killed at least ten people across Ukraine in the latest wave of attacks. President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia of using North Korean ballistic missiles to exploit shortages of US air defence systems. Zelensky said every step Putin takes is a move toward further escalation of the war.
