Zelensky hands US Ukraine's peace proposals for Russia talks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine has submitted peace-talk proposals to the United States regarding negotiations with Russia. He noted Washington could support Kyiv through air defence assistance and by pressing Moscow. US involvement in mediation had recently been limited.
