Libya: intelligence chief killed, key oil refinery ablaze amid fresh conflict
Libya's intelligence chief was killed in an assassination on the same day the country's largest oil refinery was set ablaze in attacks. The incidents have raised fears that Libya could be sliding back into full-scale civil war. As a major oil exporter, any destabilisation poses a threat to the country's crude production.
