Poland earmarks PLN 5bn from recovery fund to build shelters

Poland has earmarked PLN 5 billion from its National Recovery Plan for the construction of shelters. Deputy Minister of Funds Jan Szyszko announced that local governments are eligible to apply for the money. The application process, run by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, has already launched.
