Fuel shortages hit Sochi after strikes on Russian refineries, queues form at stations

Authorities in Sochi have urged residents and tourists to limit car use after petrol shortages emerged at many stations, with purchase limits now in place. According to The Moscow Times, the problem intensified following a series of strikes on Russian oil refineries. Long queues have once again formed at fuel stations across the city.
