Brazil's Itaú Unibanco pilots tokenized bonds and funds with OpenAssets

Brazil's largest lender, Itaú Unibanco, has partnered with tokenization specialist OpenAssets to pilot tokenized bonds and funds under a programme run by Brazilian financial watchdog ANBIMA. The initiative marks a further step by the bank into the digital assets space. No financial details of the pilot were disclosed.
