Poland's finance minister: VAT cut on fuel to be decided within days

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański announced on Tuesday that a decision on a possible VAT cut on fuel will be made within a few days. He cited budget constraints arising from the president's referral of the windfall-tax bill to the Constitutional Tribunal as a key complication. The cut is therefore not guaranteed.
