Nearly two years after the flood, homes in Kotlina Jeleniogórska still unrepaired

Nearly two years after the flood in the Kotlina Jeleniogórska valley, a large share of homes remains incompletely repaired and residents report a lack of funds. Meanwhile, an investigation by Wirtualna Polska revealed that the Karkonoska Regional Development Agency directed nearly 4.5 million zlotys to people connected to the municipal company. Flood victims say: "We can only dream of that kind of money."
