61% of Poles rate their justice system poorly, citing excessively long proceedings
A new CBOS poll finds that 61% of Poles have a negative view of how the justice system functions in Poland, while only 26% rate it positively. The most commonly cited problem is the excessive length of court proceedings. The results indicate a deep crisis of public confidence in the country's judicial institutions.
