Pope Leo XIV appoints Cardinal Ryś to Vatican's Council for the Economy
Pope Leo XIV has appointed Cardinal Grzegorz Ryś, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Kraków, to the Vatican's Council for the Economy — the Holy See body that oversees the financial and economic activities of the Apostolic See and Vatican City State. The council was originally established by Pope Francis. Several lay experts from other countries also received appointments.
