Poland's Supreme Court lifts immunity of Szczecin judge charged with drunk driving

Poland's Supreme Court has lifted the immunity of Paweł B., a judge at the Regional Court in Szczecin, allowing him to face criminal charges for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. The National Prosecutor's Office confirmed the decision. The judge has been suspended and his salary cut by 50 percent for the duration of the proceedings.
