Anna Konieczyńska dismissed as KARR vice-president over flood aid irregularities
The supervisory board of the Karkonoska Agency for Regional Development (KARR) dismissed Anna Konieczyńska from her position as vice-president, the Lower Silesian Marshal's Office announced. The decision follows reports of irregularities in the distribution of flood relief funds in 2024. According to WP, money was received by three entities connected to Konieczyńska, including her husband's company. The Civic Coalition politician had previously been suspended over the affair.
