Polish government approves bill giving courts more power in disputes with ZUS

The Polish Council of Ministers approved on Tuesday a draft amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure that expands courts' powers in disputes with pension and social insurance bodies such as ZUS. Courts will be able in more cases to overturn an erroneous ZUS decision and refer the matter back for reconsideration.
