Russian and Belarusian rowers to compete under national flags from January 2027

All restrictions on Russian and Belarusian athletes in rowing will be lifted from 1 January 2027. Competitors from both countries will be allowed to return to international competition under their national flags. The move signals a full reinstatement of the two nations in rowing sport.
