Col. Lewandowski: Russian Donbas offensive entering a critical phase

The Russian land campaign in the Donbas has entered a critical phase, according to Col. Piotr Lewandowski. Russian ballistic missiles remain beyond the reach of Ukrainian air defences, while Kyiv is intensifying efforts to secure British support. Further refineries deep inside Russia have been struck and set ablaze by Ukrainian forces.
