Prosecutors open inquiry into leak of Kaczyński testimony; Giertych in the frame
The Warsaw-Praga District Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the publication of recordings from Jarosław Kaczyński's interrogation in the so-called "two towers" case. Prosecutors concluded that the confidentiality of preliminary proceedings was breached. Prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba said that only lawyer and KO MP Roman Giertych had access to the materials; Giertych denies the allegations.
