KARR vice-president's husband among recipients of 4.5m-zloty flood aid

According to a Wirtualna Polska investigation, KARR (the National Agricultural Support Centre) distributed nearly 4.5 million zlotys in flood aid among just three companies from the same village. One of the beneficiaries was the husband of KARR vice-president Anna Konieczyńska. The couple has spoken to media in response to the allegations.
