Russia strikes Kyiv and southern Ukraine; Ukraine hits oil refinery in Orsk
Russia launched overnight strikes on Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia and the Dnipropetrovsk region, while Ukraine responded with a drone attack on Russia's Voronezh region.
