Two neo-judges moved to Supreme Court Criminal Chamber without neo-KRS approval
Two neo-judges appointed by the neo-KRS to other Supreme Court chambers have been transferred to the Criminal Chamber, where legitimate judges still hold a majority. One is a former assistant to the wife of a PiS politician; the other is the husband of a former neo-KRS member. The transfers were made without neo-KRS approval, effectively bypassing the body's original nomination decisions.
