Russia proposes regulated exchange trading of Bitcoin, Ether and USDT

Russia's central bank has proposed allowing Bitcoin, Ether and Tether's USDT to be traded on regulated exchanges. The proposal follows a law signed by President Vladimir Putin the previous week. The move marks a significant step toward legitimising cryptocurrency trading in Russia.
