Kaczyński blasts flood aid scandal: "Public money stolen once again"

PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński strongly condemned the scandal at the Karkonoska Agency for Regional Development, revealed by Wirtualna Polska. The opposition leader demanded accountability, writing online: "They have not a shred of decency! Public money has been stolen once again!"
