Tusk vows to root out irregularities in flood aid payments in Lower Silesia

Prime Minister Donald Tusk, speaking at a cabinet meeting, vowed to ruthlessly root out irregularities in the distribution of flood relief aid in Lower Silesia. He used the phrase "we will burn out the irregularities with a hot iron". He did not specify the scale or nature of the identified abuses.
