TVN24: Poland's phantom waste trading thrives because the state cannot stop it

Jarosław Jabrzyk, editor-in-chief of TVN24's "Superwizjer", described the background to the phantom waste trading scheme uncovered by the programme's reporters. He said the practice is so widespread that no state institution is capable of effectively combating it. Journalists and activists are, according to Jabrzyk, the only actors trying to fight the problem.
