Poland to scrap 10 km/h speed camera tolerance under new road traffic rules

Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure has presented a draft amendment to road traffic law that would eliminate the informal 10 km/h tolerance buffer applied at speed cameras. The new rules are set to overhaul the system for penalising speeding violations. Drivers who have relied on the buffer to avoid fines for minor speed limit breaches will need to change their habits.
