Polish warehouse construction hits lowest level since 2017 despite strong demand
Poland saw 402,000 sq m of warehouse space break ground in the second quarter of this year, according to advisory firm CBRE. The total area currently under construction across the country stands at 1.3 million sq m — the lowest figure since 2017.
