Average flat price hits 14,400 PLN per sq m in Poland's seven biggest cities

Poland's central bank NBP has published its latest residential property data. Transaction prices on the primary market across the seven largest Polish cities rose 0.6% year-on-year in the second quarter, reaching an average of 14,400 PLN per square metre. The increase is modest compared to the sharp price surges recorded in previous years.
