Putin visits Novosibirsk: residents told to stay indoors during convoy

During Vladimir Putin's visit to Novosibirsk, local authorities instructed residents to refrain from going outside during the presidential convoy's passage. According to the NieMoskwa outlet, people were also told not to approach windows or use electronic and optical devices.
