65% of Polish landlords want stricter rental market regulation, survey finds

A report by the Institute of the Rental Market shows that 64.6% of Polish landlords believe the rental market needs more regulation, a surprisingly high level of support from property owners. Among tenants, nearly 42% also back new rules. The findings suggest broad — if unequal — appetite on both sides of the market for clearer legal frameworks governing rentals.
