PiS files CBA complaint over flood aid given without flood damage in Karkonosze agency
Politicians from PiS have submitted a complaint to Poland's Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) over the conduct of the Karkonosze Regional Development Agency. Its head, Civic Coalition (KO) activist Anna Konieczyńska, admitted to granting flood relief funds to her husband and neighbours despite them having suffered no flood damage. PiS MP Michał Moskal condemned the affair as an example of turning the Polish state into a "Civic Platform fiefdom".
