Top court rules some Polish landlords may again claim property depreciation — saving up to 10,000 zł a year

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court has ruled, and the tax authority has issued a new interpretation, allowing some residential landlords to again claim depreciation deductions on their properties. The change could mean savings of close to 10,000 złoty per year for eligible owners. The ability to depreciate residential properties had been abolished under the Polish Deal tax reform.
