Trump demands Iran pay reparations; Tehran sets conditions to reopen Hormuz

President Donald Trump announced that the US will seek reparations from Iran for those killed and wounded as a result of Tehran's actions, ordering the demand to be included in ongoing negotiations. Iran, in turn, said it would reopen the Strait of Hormuz only if the US meets a set of conditions. The mutually hardening positions of both sides suggest a deal is becoming less likely.
