Interpol red-notice sex offender caught exposing himself near kindergarten in Chrzanów

A 64-year-old Ukrainian national wanted by Interpol on a red notice for sexual offences and crimes against children was arrested in Chrzanów, Poland. The man had allegedly been exposing himself on a balcony near a kindergarten. He was on Interpol's international wanted list prior to his arrest.
